    Only 1 in 10 adult Australians meet the daily fruit or veggie recommendations, which is really a shame considering that fruits and vegetables are the cornerstones of a healthy diet. But, you can drink your way to your daily fruit and veggie goals. Start with this 5-ingredient veggie blend!

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup Celery, raw
    • 1/2 cup Cucumber
    • 1/2 cup Carrot
    • 1 cup Tomato Juice, low-sodium
    • 1/2 cup Water

    Directions

    Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
