    Strawberry Banana Smoothie

    Strawberry and banana — the definitive classic smoothie combo. We revved it up with some heart-healthy, omega-3-rich chia seeds for an added nutritional punch.

    Ingredients

    • Banana, frozen
    • 1/2 cup Strawberries
    • 1 1/2 cup Almond Milk, vanilla, unsweetened
    • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

      Directions
