Silky Apple Pie Smoothie

Apple pie à la mode meets nourishing, plant-based nutrition — it doesn't get much more wholesome than that.

Ingredients

  • 1 Green Apple
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • Dates, pitted
  • 1/2 Package soft silken tofu, Chilled
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Cardamom, green, ground
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
  • 1 cup Ice

    Directions

    1. Add all ingredients except ice to the nutribullet® Cup and blend for 30 seconds 
    2. Add ice and blend until smooth
    3. Serve with a dash of cinnamon
