  • 1 cup Kale
  • 1/Avocado
  • Kiwi
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 1/2 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp Essential Greens Protein Powder - optional
