    Honey Lemon Ginger Immunity Smoothie

    If you feel a cold coming, then this Honey Lemon Ginger Immunity Smoothie has to be in your smoothie arsenal! It’s not only super-fast and easy to make, but it’s got everything your body needs – probiotics from the yogurt, vitamin C from the lemon juice, digestion aid and cold relief from the ginger, and antioxidants from the raw honey and turmeric.

    Ingredients

    • 2 tbsp Ginger Root, fresh
    • 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
    • 1/2 cup Almond Milk, vanilla, unsweetened
    • 1/8 tsp Turmeric, ground
    • 1 cup Greek Yogurt, plain, non-fat
    • 3 tbsp Honey, raw
    • 1 cup Ice

    Directions

    Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
