    Carrot Tumeric Ginger Smoothie

Orange and yellow-colored fruits, like oranges and mangoes, contain high doses of antioxidants such as beta-carotene, zeaxanthin, and flavonoids. The potent spices in this recipe including turmeric, ginger, and cayenne also offer anti-inflammatory and potential immune-boosting properties.

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup Carrot
    • Orange
    • 1/2 cup Mango, frozen chunks
    • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric, fresh
    • 1/4 tbsp Ginger Root, fresh
    • 1/2 cup Water
    • 1 cup Coconut Water
    • 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
    • 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper Powder

    Directions

    Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
