    Citrus Sipper

    Chock full of vitamin C with fruits like oranges, lemons, and pineapple, this sweet concoction is not only tasty, but it also helps to fight off a cold or flu. The kale is brimming with vitamins K and A to support eye health and blood flow. Enjoy every sip as you enter this cold and flu season!

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup Kale
    • 1/4 cup Cucumber
    • 1 cup Pineapple, fresh
    • 1/Lemon
    • 1/Orange
    • 1/2 cup Coconut Water
    • 1 cup Water

    Directions

    Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
