2 Eggs, whole large
1 Add all ingredients and pulse until combined, do not over pulse.
2 Heat a pan on medium heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
3 Add 1/3 cup measuring cup's worth of batter onto the pan, and cook on each side for about 2 to 3 minutes, or until golden brown.
4 Top with pure maple syrup and fresh berries, and enjoy!
