    Tzatziki

    Cool and creamy, this Mediterranean dressing features Greek yogurt as the star of the show. Greek yogurt is a type of yogurt that has been strained to remove the whey, giving it a characteristically thick consistency that also happens to be higher in satisfying protein.

    Ingredients

    • Cucumber
    • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
    • Garlic, clove
    • 2 tbsp Dill
    • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
    • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper, ground
    • 1 cup Yogurt, Greek, plain, non-fat
    • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

    Directions

    Add ingredients in the order listed and blend.
