Strawberry Soju Cocktail

Sweet and creamy with just the right kick, this pretty pink party drink goes down easy.

Ingredients

  • 4 Strawberries
  • 88ml Vodka – or soju
  • 177ml Kefir, plain, low-fat
  • 2 cup Ice

Directions

  1. Add strawberries to the SmartSense (Blender or Blender Combo) Pitcher and pulse for 2-3 seconds. Divide between two serving cups.
  2. Add soju/vodka, yogurt drink, and ice to the Blender Cup. Select SPEED 1 and blend for 15 seconds.
  3. Pour the blended drink over the strawberries. Enjoy!
