    Stealth Scrambled Eggs

    An egg-ceptionally delicious and nutritious breakfast that can be made in seconds. This tasty breakfast offers a hidden boost of nutrition from cauliflower, perfect for picky eaters and busy mornings alike. Satisfying and veggie-packed, it’s a wholesome start you will love.

    Ingredients

    • 2 Eggs, whole large
    • 1/2 cup Cauliflower, chopped and steamed - cooled 
    • 1/4 Cheddar Cheese - shredded, optional

      Directions

      1.  Add all of the ingredients to the cup and blend until smooth.
      2.  Add a bit of cooking oil to the bottom of a frying pan and turn on medium heat.
      3.  Pour egg mixture into the frying pan and stir with a spatula until the eggs are fluffy and fully cooked.
      4.  Serve immediately.
