    Buzz Bites

    Whether fueling for a workout or seeking an afternoon pick-me-up, these nutritious bites contain a nice blend of carbs, healthy fats, and of course, coffee to get you going.

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup Coffee, black, cooled
    • 1 1/2 rolled Oats
    • 1/2 Dates, pitted - cup, tightly packed
    • 1/4 cup Almonds - chopped

      Directions

      1. Brew 120ml of coffee, let it cool, then cover and pop it in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
      2.  Add oats, dates, and almonds to a food processor and pulse together until they form sticky clumps. Add espresso and pulse just to combine, taking care not to overmix.
      3.  Roll the mixture into nine bite-sized balls, about 2.5cm each.
      4.  Chill in the fridge for 1 hour. Once firm, store in an airtight container in the fridge.
