Ingredients

1/2 cup Mixed Berries, frozen

1 cup Almond Milk, vanilla, unsweetened

30g Greek Yogurt, plain, non-fat

2 tsp Honey

1 tbsp Hemp Seeds

1/2 cup Ice
Directions
- Add all ingredients to the Flip Blending Cup in the order listed.
- Twist on the Hybrid Motor Base, Blade, and Lid.
- Press the Power Button to turn on the blender. Allow the white light to complete its circle, then press the button again to start the blending cycle.
- Flip the Cup over and place it blade-side- down on a flat surface.
- Blend for 2 cycles or until blend reaches desired consistency.
