Ingredients
1/3cup Beetroot, steamed
1/3cup Blueberries, frozen
1 cup Coconut Water
Handful of mint leaves
1/2cup Ice
Directions
Add all ingredients to the Flip Blending Cup in the order listed.
Twist on the Hybrid Motor Base, Blade, and Lid.
Press the Power Button to turn on the blender. Allow the white light to complete its circle, then press the button again to start the blending cycle.
Flip the Cup over and place it blade-side-down on a flat surface.
Blend for 2 cycles or until blend reaches desired consistency.
