    Greek Salad Vinaigrette

    This Greek Salad Vinaigrette is insanely easy to make and contains herbs and spices often found in heart-healthy Mediterranean diets. It’ll add zest to any salad without the extra calories or hidden sugar. Try it over a mix of your favorite greens and vegetables, including tomatoes, olives, chopped red onion, and cucumber for a scrumptious Greek salad that’ll excite your taste buds!

    Ingredients

    • Garlic, clove
    • 1 tsp Oregano, dried
    • 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
    • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
    • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper, ground
    • 1/4 cup Vinegar, red wine
    • 1/2 cup Olive Oil

    Directions

    Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth, about 30 to 60 seconds.
    Pour a bit over your salad, toss, and enjoy!
