    Fresh is Best Classic Hummus

    Chock full of protein and fiber this creamy, satisfying hummus is also a great provider of iron, folate, B vitamins and phosphorus, making it a fantastic snack for vegetarians and vegans!

    Ingredients

    • Garlic, clove
    • Lemon – squeezed/juiced
    • 2 3/4 cup Garbanzo Beans – drained & raised
    • 2 tbsp Tahini
    • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
    • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper Powder
    • 1/2 tsp Paprika, ground
    • 2 tbsp Parsley
    • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
    • 3 tbsp Water

    Directions

    Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
    Enjoy with fresh-cut veggies and corn chips!
