    Cucumber Mango Smoothie

    If you’re looking for a sweet, refreshing smoothie packed with health-promoting benefits, this one will definitely hit the spot! With hydrating cucumber, digestion-promoting mango and a tablespoon of heart-healthy coconut oil, this cucumber mango combination is one well-rounded powerhouse of a drink. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon for a tasty twist!

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup Spinach
    • 1/2 cup Cucumber
    • 1/2 cup Mango, fresh, pitted
    • 1 1/2 cup Coconut Water
    • 1 tsp Superfood Protein - optional 
    • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil

    Directions

    Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
