    This smooth, sweet, and creamy Blueberry Muffin Smoothie has all the taste of blueberry muffins, but in smoothie form! Not only is it a beautiful blue-purple color, but it’s also delicious and nutritious. Oh, and the best part? This recipe calls for only five simple ingredients – perfect for when you’re on the go in the morning or just want a quick snack!

    Ingredients

    • 1 Cup Blueberries, frozen
    • 1 Cup Almond Milk, vanilla, unsweetened
    • 1 Tablespoon Flax Seeds
    • 1/4 Cup Oats, rolled, gluten-free
    • 1/4 Teaspoon Stevia

    Directions

    Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
