Full Size Blending FAQ

  • It is not assembled correctly. Ensure the Pitcher is securely locked in place by turning clockwise until you hear an audible click. Press down firmly on the Pitcher Lid from spout to handle.

    If blending in the Nutribullet cup, make sure to rotate the cup with blade attachment clockwise until you hear an audible click onto motor base.

    Your blender has overheated. Unplug the unit and allow it to cool for at least 15 minutes and plug back in.
  • No. NEVER use the Nutribullet cups to make hot soups or beverages.
  • ONLY use  the Vented Pitcher for all your warm to hot blends.
  • Adding more liquid will help. For the best consistency, we recommend adding ingredients in this order: (1) greens (2) fruits (3) powders, seeds, nut butters (4) liquids (5) ice.
  • No, the NutriBullet cups are not microwave or freezer safe. We do not recommend freezing the cups as this can make the cups brittle and they could crack.
  • Blending creates pressure inside the cup to break down ingredients. Make sure not to fill past the max line. The longer your blend cycle is on, the longer pressure builds inside the cup. An alternative is blending multiple times in shorter cycles.
  • No. NEVER operate the Nutribullet Blender Combo without the Pitcher Locking Lid with your Pitcher. 
  • While the machine requires the lid to be clicked and locked into the pitcher in order to operate, you may remove the clear lid cap while blending on LOW setting and add ingredients while blending. Never do this when blending hot foods, as steam released could cause injury.
  • Your unit has overheated. Unplug the unit and allow it to cool for at least 15 minutes and plug back in.
  • A blending vessel must be assembled and locked into place for the control panel to appear. If your Pitcher appears to be locked in place and you are still seeing dashes, your pitcher lid may be unlocked. Press firmly down on Pitcher lid to ensure its locked into place.

     

    When using a cup and blade attachment, ensure it is clicked into the motor base in order for the control panel to show speed options and programs.
  • To pause blending, simply press the icon for the speed that's running. To resume blending, select any manual speed. To end blending, press the power icon once to return to the main control panel.
  • The SOUPS program can only be used with the Vented Pitcher with Locking Lid. NEVER use the single serve cups to blend warm to hot ingredients. Hot and warm ingredients should only be blended in the Vented Pitcher provided.
  • No. The "SOUPS" program will not heat the ingredients being blended.
  • The pitcher and cups are made from durable, BPA-free, Tritan material.
  • The power extractor blade and integrated pitcher blade are made from stainless steel.
  • All components, EXCEPT for the motor base and power extractor blade, are dishwasher-safe.
