Ingredients
60g fresh rocket
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
1/4cup unsalted cashews
1/2 cup red chilli, roughly chopped
2 garlic cloves, peeled
Juice & rind from 1 lemon
1/4cup olive oil
Pinch of salt and pepper

Unsalted cashews
1/2 red chilli, sliced
Olive oil
Directions
Place the rocket, basil leaves, unsalted cashews, red chilli, garlic cloves, lemon rind, lemon juice, olive oil and salt and pepper into the Nutribullet Immersion Blender 600ml Chopping Bowl and proceed until mixture is almost smooth
Transfer mixture to a serving dish. Top with cashews, red chilli and drizzle with olive oil.
