Lean and Green Edamame Hommus

Made with protein and fibre-packed edamame, the Lean and Green Edamame Hommus is a wonderful and tasty twist on everyday hummus. It's great as a dip or spread on toast and sprinkled with seeds, sprouts, and paprika, yum!

Ingredients 

  • 1 1/2 cup Edamame, shelled
  • 1 tbsp Coriander
  • Garlic, clove
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin, ground
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/3 cup Tahini
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

Directions

  1. Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth; then enjoy!
