Garlic Prawns

Serves: 6

Its not an Aussie Christmas without Garlic Prawns as a selection with another meat dish. Doused in warm butter with a lemon zing, these prawns will get the guests talking... then replicating with their own Nutribullet XXL Digital Air Fryer.


  • 300g Fresh Prawns, peeled
  • 1/4 cup unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1 handful thyme leaves
  • Juice from 1/2 Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
  • Pinch Salt & Pepper

Serve with (optional):

  • Fresh lemon juice


  1. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, thyme, lemon juice, olive oil, crushed garlic and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well to combine. Add prawns and toss to coat well.

  2. Transfer prawns to the Air Fryer and cook for 8 minutes at 180°C.
  3. Transfer prawns back into the bowl with remaining butter mixture and toss to coat
  4. Serves straight away with lemon wedges (optional).
