    Acai and Berry Smoothie Bowl

    Made with frozen acai, berries, and banana, this thick, creamy smoothie bowl is packed with fiber and antioxidants, making it as good for you as it is to eat!

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup Acai Puree, frozen

    • 2 cup frozen mixed berries

    • 1 medjool dates, pitted

    • 1 frozen banana

    • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

    • 46 g Plant-based protein powder, strawberry flavoured

    Directions

    1. Add all ingredients to the blender. Pulse a few times to break down the frozen fruit.
    2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
    3. Spoon into bowls and top with fresh fruit, granola, and a drizzle of honey.
